Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Account Management & Security

Privacy & Data Protection
96phj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and 96phj's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine ID documents, selfie verification, email address, and mobile number — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, Anti-Money Laundering compliance, and responsible gaming purposes. This data is held securely and is not sold to third parties.

Account Closure & Termination
Closure by Player: You may request closure of your 96phj account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Closure by 96phj: 96phj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
